2. Products and Orders

All product specifications, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. B2B orders are confirmed only after written proforma invoice acceptance and deposit receipt.

3. OEM/ODM Terms

Custom orders require a 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Tooling and mold costs are quoted separately. Approved samples are the production quality benchmark.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks and product designs on this site are property of their respective owners. Client-supplied designs remain the property of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

RHYFELL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or arbitration in Shenzhen.
